Where is Vista?

In case you guys were wondering most probably already know the new operating system Windows Vista has a planned release for January 2007. Programmers are making sure that there are no security loop holes.

Sounds like there are similar features in other operating systems. Spyware and shit can't sneak into your computer because administrative tasks will prompt for a password each time.

How to Change Drive Letters

1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.
2. Under Computer Management, click Disk Management. In the right pane, you’ll see your drives listed. CD-ROM drives are listed at the bottom of the pane.
3. Right-click the drive or device you want to change, and then click Change Drive Letter and Paths.
4. Click Change, click Assign the following drive letter, click the drive letter you want to assign, and then click OK.

This does not work for drives which are bootable (probably like your C:\) but they are good for drives which are removable like your Digital Camera or MP3 player.
